Do you have an idea for a sustainable project that will benefit the campus in some way? Approximately $50,000 is available for student projects this semester through the Sustainability Fund Allocation Committee.  Each semester students have the opportunity to present project proposals for consideration. If you have an idea for submission you MUST attend at least one of the following workshops to be considered eligible for the funding process.  Even if you have attended a previous workshop, you must attend again30

Chico World Music Festival

Music is a common language in which we all share. The annual Chico World Muisc Festival is back! This is a FREE EVENT open to anyone. Community Water Forum Presented by CLIC

In an effort to provide entry-level water knowledge to the citizens of both the campus and local communities, local environmental groups have come together to host educational water forums where these individuals can learn about California's water issues through informational presentations and collaborative discussions. Engineering Technical Career Fair

The Technical Career Fair is an event where many impactful companies come to find some of the best students for their job needs. This includes students majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Sustainable Manufacturing, Concrete Industry Management, and Computer Animation and Game Development. This is a great event for students to meet industry leaders and learn more about the many career options that are available to them.30

Business, IT & SAP Career Fair

The Business, IT and SAP Career Fair is one of the largest career fairs on campus. This career fair is run by students for the students. The event is organized by members of the two professional business fraternities on campus, Delta Sigma Pi and Phi Chi Theta, in partnership with the Chico State Career Center.

Wednesday, September 20th noon-1pm Alumni Glen (next to Holt Hall by the creek) Make your own: ·        Spice kit from tic tac containers ·        Bungie cords from bike tubes ·        Fire starters from lint and wax ·        Plus a polyester cat walk AS Sustainability is helping our campus win the Outdoor Nation Challenge by offering activities to help make your next adventure eco-friendly. These activities are all free and open to everyone We’ll have supplies for up to 20 people so get there early.30
