Executive Vice President
Chico, CA | Geography
I am excited to take on the responsibility of Executive Vice President and represent the students within the AS. I will serve the students to the best of my ability and amplify the student voice at every board, committee and council meeting I will be sitting on.
As a Geography student, I study the Earth. I have learned a lot about our planet and how human activity is wreaking havoc on the biosphere. My education at Chico State has opened my eyes to the severity of the climate crisis and how it threatens the sustainability of our society. I will work to ensure that Chico State gets on track to achieve our climate neutrality and zero waste goals.
It is my goal to get students involved in the decision-making processes that affect them.
The decisions we make in AS Government Affairs affect every student and I hope to help bridge the disconnect between constituents and their representatives. I want students to be more involved with the decision making processes of the AS, the University and Chico’s City Council.
I work for YOU and I urge all of you to come talk with me about any concerns or any ideas you may have to improve the AS and/or the University as a whole. Please come stop by BMU 220 to talk with me if you have any questions or you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
