The WREC pool area is open! RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.
Spring hours continue through June 4th. Summer hours and procedures begin June 7th.
Starting June 7, lap lanes are available for one hour reservations. Deck/spa use is available by check-in appointments, reserve your 15 minute check-in time and then stay as long as you’d like.
Summer Pool Hours:
Monday – Thursday 12:00pm – 6:00pm
To register for a lap swim or deck/spa use session, go to the WREConline portal and select Access Reservations. Reservations can be made up to three days in advance. You will choose to lap swim or have access to the deck/shallow end of the pool. Choose the day of the week and times available will be listed for selection. Lap swim will be a one hour reservation, Deck use requires a check-in reservation only and does not have a time limit for facility use.

Entrance to pool is on 2nd Street.
There will be strict capacity and registration limits. Making reservations in advance is strongly encouraged.
Bring your Wildcat ID for check-in verification.
Mask must be worn at check in and can be removed once at your swim lane or lounge chair.
Mask must be worn when entering locker rooms.
Come ready to workout. For swimmers, wear your swimsuit to and from the pool and remember to bring a towel and water bottle.
Pool Equipment (kick boards, aqua jogging belts, pull buoys) will be available for use.
Lap Swimmers only: Please clear your lane area by the end of your reserved time to make space for next group.
All fee-paying students have access.
Faculty/Staff memberships will need to purchase a membership.
Guest passes will be suspended until further notice.
The WREC has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures and will be cleaning high-touch surfaces regularly.
Equipment (kick boards, aqua jogging belts, pull buoys) will be disinfected after each use.
Disinfecting wipes will be available to members on the pool deck.
In order to maintain social distancing lounge chairs have been spread out and should not be moved. Pool lanes have designated space on alternating ends of the pool for lap swimmer’s belongings.
If swimmers need to cross lanes to use the ladder, be cautious of other swimmers and maintain physical distancing.
Reduce Your Risk of Transmission
Stay home if you’ve had a fever or other COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.
Respect space capacity restrictions and practice proper physical distancing.
Wear a mask to the WREC and when moving between areas.
Bring your own water bottle, swim equipment, and towel.
Wash your hands frequently.
Due to the nature of infectious diseases like COVID-19, no physical environment is free of the risk of transmission. Our precautions are designed to mitigate, but cannot eliminate, this risk.
