Cat Tracks – Walktober 2020
What is it: Cat Tracks is a fun way to walk your way to wellness! Walking your dog, taking the stairs instead of an elevator, walking to class instead of driving; these are all great ways to keep moving!
Who can participate: Students, Faculty, and Staff are all welcome to sign-up for Cat Tracks.
Where is Cat Tracks: Everywhere. Cat Trackers track steps every day, all day, to record daily steps and increase fitness levels.
When: The month of October. Start Date: October 1st, 2020

Every week, we will be posting a “Find Me Friday” picture with subtle hints as to where the person is located. Correctly identify the location and you’ll be entered to win a prize. Not only that but if you enter your steps each week and complete a whole month’s worth of weekly step tracking, you will receive a FREE Cat Tracks Walktober T-shirt. Keep on the lookout for emails from us that will remind you to log your steps and keep you in the loop for all things Cat Tracks.
