Cat Tracks – Walktober 2018
What is it: Cat Tracks is a fun way to walk your way to wellness! Walking your dog, taking the stairs instead of an elevator, walking to class instead of driving; these are all great ways to keep moving!
Who can participate: Students, Faculty, and Staff are all welcome to sign-up for Cat Tracks.
Where is Cat Tracks: Everywhere. Cat Trackers track steps every day, all day, to record daily steps and increase fitness levels.
When: The month of October. Start Date: October 1st, 2018
How to register:
1. Register beginning Monday, September 24th at the WREC front desk or on-line at Cat Tracker on-line registration, if you need a pedometer stop by the WREC to pick one up. You will be able to track your steps and submit them weekly into our online Cat Tracker.

Make sure to follow the WREC on Facebook and Instagram for the opportunity to win fun prizes throughout Walktober. Every week, we will be posting a “Find Me Friday” picture with subtle hints as to where the person is located. Not only that, but if you complete a whole month’s worth of weekly step tracking, you will receive a FREE Cat Tracks T-shirt that will be available for pickup by name at the WREC front desk once the event has concluded. Keep on the lookout for emails from us that will remind you to log your steps and keep you in the loop for all things Cat Tracks.
