Strength Interval – The instructor will rotate through a series of exercises to maximize time and effort for total body strengthening.
Cardio Core – This class will get the participants heart rate up and strengthen the core with a series of intervals.
Butts n Guts – Use a variety of exercises to strengthen the lower body and core.
Yoga – Improve mindfulness, strength and mobility with a 30-minute flow and meditation.
