Coach On Deck: A swim coach is on deck at the pool to provide an instructional based aquatic fitness program for swimmers of all levels.
Fuego: A non-stop dance mix of Latin and hip-hop. Shimmy, shake and sweat your way through an amazing workout!
Interval Training: No sign ups and no fees – formerly H.I.I.T., this action packed class combines cardio and strength training intervals to increase speed, strength and endurance.
Jiu-Jitsu: Learn all forms of grappling techniques to disarm and submit an opponent. All levels welcome!
Just Dance: This class will keep you on your toes with a different style of dance each week including urban, contemporary, hip hop and jazz. Show up, learn the moves and have a blast putting it all together!
Kickbox Drills: High-intensity conditioning for all levels with emphasis on kickboxing. Drills include kicks, strikes, and punch combinations using Thai shields, focus mitts, and boxing gloves.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts): Encompasses striking, grappling, throwing, and various strategies in Martial Arts. Bag drills, footwork and conditioning may be part of every class. Gloves and Equipment provided, all levels welcome!

30 Minute Strength: We know you’re busy! Squeeze in 30 minutes of upper and lower body strength training and core to compliment your cardio and round out your routine.
SUP Yoga: Take your yoga practice into the pool, adding the challenge of a stand up paddle board and the restorative healing of the water.
Yoga: Decrease stress levels using breathing techniques while performing a variety of poses to increase strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome!
