SPIN – Take your cardio to the next level with an energetic 30 minute cycling workout!
BUTTS n’ GUTS – An awesome combination of lower body and core exercises that targets the gluts and abs!
STRETCH – Utilize the foam roller, breathcing, dynamic and static stretching to increase flexibility, mobility and peace of mind!
Please note: exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program many result in injury.
