Enjoy 30 minute workouts from your WREC Instructor Team on IGTV. Choose from a variety of classes including Strength Interval, Cardio Core, Butts n’ Guts and Yoga.

Class Descriptions

Strength Interval – The instructor will rotate through a series of exercises to maximize time and effort for total body strengthening.

Cardio Core – This class will get the participants heart rate up and strengthen the core with a series of intervals. 

Butts n Guts – Use a variety of exercises to strengthen the lower body and core.

Yoga – Improve mindfulness, strength and mobility with a 30-minute flow and meditation.

Monday – Wednesday: 6am – Midnight
Thursday: 6am – 11pm
Friday: 6am – 10pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9am – 9pm

Climbing Gym:
Monday – Friday: NOON – 10pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: 3pm – 9pm

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 1pm – 6pm
Wednesday: 1pm – 5pm
