ABS: Focus on strengthening the abdominals and the lower back while utilizing resistance equipment such as stability balls, medicine balls, the BOSU and more!
Boxing: No experience required! Combining boxing fundamentals with emphasis on footwork and technique. Learning a variety of punches and elbows, shadowboxing, defensive drills, and partner/pad work. Focus mitts, slap pads, and gloves will be provided and utilized.
Butts n’ Guts: Uses a variety of lower body and core exercises to specifically focus on strengthening the abdominals and gluts.
Fuego: A non-stop dance mix of Latin and hip-hop. Shimmy, shake and sweat your way through an amazing workout!
Jiu Jitsu: Utilizes all forms of grappling techniques to disarm and submit an opponent. All levels welcome.
Kickbox Drills: High intensity conditioning for all levels with emphasis on kickboxing. Drills will include kicks, knees, and punch combinations. Thai shields, focus mitts, and boxing gloves will be utilized.
H.I.I.T. (EXTRA FEE): Taught by a Certified Personal Trainer, This Peak class combines intervals of full-body strength training and intense cardio bursts, in a small group setting. Get ready to work hard and reach peak levels of performance!
Mat Pilates: Focuses on strengthening the core muscles while concentrating on mind/body communication.
Meditation: Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day through breath work and guided meditation.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts): Encompasses striking, grappling, throwing, and various strategies in martial arts. Bag drills, footwork and conditioning may be part of every class. Gloves and headgear provided. All levels welcome.
MMA Striking Uses stand up striking along with various clinching techniques. Learn to effectively make use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes using Thai shields, focus mitts and boxing gloves. All levels welcome.
Spin/30 Minute Spin: Spin is a great way to enjoy a vigorous workout. Enjoy riding to improve aerobic and muscular endurance. Squeeze a workout into your lunch break or between classes with 30 Minute Spin!
Spin & Strength: Utilizes intervals of spin choreography and strength training for a complete workout.
Yoga: Incorporates mind/body concentration with low-impact strengthening. Decrease stress levels using relaxation and breathing techniques, while performing a variety of poses to increase strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome.
