Cobb Salad Buffet | $18 per person | minimum 20
A traditional salad buffet with a bit for everyone. Crisp greens with an array of delightful toppings diced ham and chicken, crunchy bacon, egg, blue and cheddar cheese, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, and chickpeas. Ranch, Caesar, and honey mustard dressing to finish. Served with Artisan rolls, cookies, iced tea, and water.

Grains and Greens Buffet | $17 per person | minimum 20
Build your own salad with a selection of marinated grilled chicken and tofu
Served with mixed greens, brown rice quinoa blend, julienne cucumbers and carrots, avocado, daikon radish sprouts, and an Asian sesame dressing. Served with cookies, ice tea, and water.


Lunch Menu

Burger Bar | $19 per person | minimum 20
Single ¼ pound burger patties and vegan black bean burgers served with assorted cheese, sliced onion green leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickles. Includes assorted bagged chips, cookies, iced tea, and water.

Taco Bar* | $19 per person | minimum 20
Grilled marinated chicken breast and plant-based Chik’n. Served with refried beans, fajita veggies, rice, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, fresh pico de Gallo, fresh limes, sour cream, soft corn tortillas, tortilla chips, and salsa. Includes cookies, iced tea, and water.

*Make it a Taco Salad Bar with romaine lettuce, whole beans, and tortilla strips.

Asian Teriyaki Bowl Bar | $17 per person | minimum 20
Grilled marinated chicken breast and plant-based Chik’n served with steamed veggies, brown rice, crispy won ton strips, teriyaki sauce, spicy sriracha mayo, toasted sesame seeds, and green onions. Includes cookies, iced tea, and water.

Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese Bar | $15.50 per person | minimum 20
House Made Macaroni and Cheese with a Crispy Onion Topping and a Roasted Garlic, Onion, and Green Bean Salad. Gluten-free available. Includes cookies, iced tea, and water.

Additional Toppings: Bacon, Crispy Chicken, Grilled Chicken, Broccoli | $2 per person

Carving Board Buffet Sandwiches | $17.50 per person | no minimum
• Turkey, Roast Beef, Chickpea “Tuna” Salad, and marinated grilled vegetables
• Assorted bagged chips and a garden salad with two dressings
• Assorted sliced cheeses
• Ciabatta rolls and croissants
• Green leaf lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, pickles, pepperoncini, mayonnaise, and yellow mustard
Includes cookies, iced tea, and water

Sack lunches | $14 ea | no minimum
All items come with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion and are served with assorted chips, cookies, a piece of seasonal fruit, and soda or water.

Street Corn Style Roasted Corn, Cilantro, Red Onion, Cotija Cheese, Charred Red Peppers, and Black Beans on a bed of Romaine with Crunchy Corn Tortilla Strips.
