K-10 Tutoring

The Family Application for Spring 2025 will open on December 2nd and will close on January 10th.

Parent Information

The CAVE tutoring program is designed to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment for students in grades K-10. Through interactive activities, personalized guidance, and a fun-filled approach, we aim to instill a lifelong love for learning in your child. Tutoring sessions will take place in small groups with 30-minute opportunities for individual support. The program runs for 10-weeks and participating children must be able to commit to attending all sessions (unless illness or emergency). Children 12 and under must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign them in and must be picked up by a parent or guardian to be signed out.

Days/Times:
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00-6:30pm beginning February 18 to May 1 (10-week program, excluding Spring Break March 17-21)

Required Parent Orientation:
On February 18 from 5:00-6:30pm, parents or guardians must accompany their child to their first tutoring session and participate in parent orientation.

Application Process:
Due to the high demand for tutoring services and our limited number of volunteers, an application must be submitted. The application for participation will open on December 2 at 8 am and will close on January 10 at midnight.
