Begin to Spin - This 30-minute Spin class is a great introduction for students wanting to learn the fundamentals of spin, from bike positioning to basic positions and proper form. It is also a great workout for those wanting to keep their ride on the lighter side or as a recovery ride after a heavy leg workout.

Restorative Yoga - The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow-paced.

Rhythmic Spin - This upbeat and motivating spin class relies heavily on the beat of the music to determine the tempo and intensity of the ride. Be ready for great music and a high-energy workout!

Spin & Strength - We like to switch things up in this class by getting cardio in on a Spin bike and resistance training with weights. Some classes are 30 minutes of Spin and 30 minutes of strength while other classes are taught with an interval style. Either way, you get the best of both worlds!

Strength & Conditioning - This class gives you the best of both worlds! You will get a cardiovascular workout and a strength workout in at the same time. Using our basic small fitness equipment like dumbbells, bands, steps, and Bosus, you will get an amazing total body workout that is perfect for all fitness levels.

In this class we will focus on basic yoga poses and breathing to facilitate a good stretch that will be sure to lower your stress levels. (Class will run as long as the warm weather does!)

SUP Pilates - Take your traditional Mat Pilates exercises onto our Stand-up Paddleboards for an extra fun core challenge. Pilates exercises are designed to improve core muscular endurance, flexibility, and posture. Adding the Paddleboard into this workout adds more core work for a fun-in-the-sun workout! (Class will run as long as the warm weather does!)

Vinyasa Flow - If you are looking to break a sweat in your yoga practice, this is the class for you! You will flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures while linking your breath with movement and building strength and endurance.
