Fall Group Exercise schedule is here!

We offer eight group exercise classes a week in our four multi-purpose studios. Our primary goal is to provide an array of exercise opportunities to members and guests, including yoga, spin, dance classes, butts n' guts and more! WREC GX classes are designed for all fitness levels.

In addition to a weekly schedule of classes, the WREC also offers special group exercise events, including Gloga and Ride50. Check out our Group Exercise calendar for more info.

Class Descriptions

ABS– Focus on strengthening your core! This class features exercises utilizing various equipment.

BUTTS n’ GUTS – An awesome combination of lower body and core exercises that target the glutes and abs!

FUEGO – This class is a non-stop dance workout featuring Latin and hip-hop moves. Shimmy, shake and break a sweat!

INTERVAL TRAINING – This action-packed class combines cardio and strength training intervals to increase speed, strength, and endurance.

RHYTHMIC SPIN – Your favorite spin class with a twist...and shake! Ride to the beat with fun dance moves.

SPIN – Take your cardio to the next level with an energetic 30-minute cycling workout!

YOGA – Decrease stress and increase strength and balance with a variety of poses and breathing exercises. All levels welcome!

Please note: Exercise is not without its risks and this or any other exercise program many result in injury.
