The First-Year Leadership Opportunity (FLO) program is here to help first-year students get involved with the Chico State campus and community! FLO is a year-long program that strives to provide students with a sense of community and support as they navigate college.
Community Action Volunteers in Education (CAVE) is your campus hub for volunteer opportunities and community engagement. CAVE offers semester-long volunteer programs serving the local Chico community that include academic credit, one-time volunteer opportunities, large days of service, a community engagement workshop series, and more.
Government Affairs is the official voice for the students at Chico State. It is comprised of elected student representatives who advocate on behalf of the student body. Government Affairs offers opportunities to engage in conversations that affect students, the campus and community. And its collective of committees and councils ensure student dollars are being used to benefit the students.
AS Sustainability promotes eco-awareness on campus and in the community through education and outreach for sustainability-related issues, provides funding opportunities for student-driven sustainability projects, and offers a supportive and fun environment where peers actively advocate for our planet.
