We have a professional team of trained chefs ready to serve fresh, local food prepared onsite. We provide a variety of menu options to help make your event, meeting, or conference a success.
Groups planning gatherings on campus at the Bell Memorial Union are required to utilize Associated Students Catering services.

Catering FAQs
While we will do everything we can to accommodate last-minute orders, we appreciate a minimum of 7 business days in advance of your event to finalize your catering order so that we can properly staff.
AS Catering operates on an event-based model. All ordering, food procurement, preparation, and staffing are scheduled specifically around the events we are serving rather than traditional restaurant-style daily production.
Because of this structure, we do not maintain traditional “regular hours.” Events scheduled before 6:00 AM, after 5:00 PM, or anytime on weekends are considered off-hours and require a $500 minimum catering order to ensure appropriate kitchen and service staffing.
Our team schedule is created weekly and is built entirely around the events confirmed for that week, allowing us to align staffing and food preparation precisely with client needs.
Any specialty items that are ordered for your event will incur a charge with cancellation regardless of the date of cancellation.
If the catering booking is cancelled the day prior or the day of the event, the customer will be responsible for all catering charges as shown on the Catering Confirmation.
If the catering booking is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the event, no catering charges will be incurred by the customer and any deposit paid will be refunded (less processing fee if applicable).
AS Catering provides linens for the food and beverage tables at no additional cost.
All other linens including for guest tables, check-in tables, panel tables etc. are not automatically provided but can be upon request at a nominal charge.
Specialty linens and table skirts are also available upon request for a nominal charge.
Final invoices are reviewed and approved after the event to account for any changes that may have occurred during service. Once finalized, the invoice is sent to the primary contact listed on the Catering Confirmation, along with instructions for submitting payment directly to AS Financial Services.
AS Catering does not have access to buildings or rooms outside of the BMU. If you are unable to be present at the scheduled delivery and setup time, please ensure the room is unlocked and accessible for our staff.
We are able to set up in unattended, secured rooms at the client’s discretion. However, for setups in open or public areas (e.g., lobbies or outdoor spaces), AS Catering is not responsible for monitoring food and beverages unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Staff may remain on-site until your arrival for a nominal staffing fee. Please contact us for details.
AS Catering is based in the BMU and delivery/set up charges apply when catering services are outside of the building.
AS Catering does not provide table and chair setup services outside of the BMU. Please ensure that all tables designated for food and beverage service are fully set up prior to our scheduled arrival so our staff can proceed with event setup.

One gallon of beverage serves approximately 12 guests, based on one serving per person. The total quantity needed will depend on the number of beverage options offered, the menu being served, and the time of day. Our catering team is happy to assist in determining the appropriate amount for your event.
