Program Description
CAVE partners with our Boys & Girls Clubs to offer volunteers a hands-on opportunity to work with local youth. Volunteers support expanded learning by tutoring, playing games, supporting activities, and fostering positive, supportive connections with Boys & Girls club members. Opportunities are available with elementary, middle school, and high school aged youth.
Location of Program
601 Wall St, Chico, CA 95928– 0.8 miles walking distance from campus. Additional programming opportunities in Hamilton City and Paradise.
Days/Times:
Consistent 1.5 hours shifts between 3:00-6:00 pm on M/W or T/TH
Program requirements:
Background check ($15 cost paid for by volunteer), TB assessment, 2 personal or professional references, on-site orientation
