Program Description
In partnership with the City of Chico, volunteers help with
vegetation management, litter removal, trail maintenance, and planting to preserve and restore Bidwell Park.
Location of Program:
Lower Bidwell Park – near One Mile Recreation Area (1.2 miles from campus)
Days/Times:
Fridays 9am-12pm
Program Requirements:
Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Volunteers should wear long jeans, closed-toe shoes, and bring a water bottle.
