Five Volunteers in Bidwell Park

Program Description
Volunteers experience hands-on learning about the City of Chico’s Bidwell Park by enhancing rare native plant habitat, protecting endangered species, creating wildlife corridors and helping with vegetation management to preserve and restore Chico’s “Crown Jewel.”

Volunteers see their efforts make a difference in the lives of Chico residents enjoying the natural beauty of the park walking, jogging, or riding their bikes on the trails.
