Dear Students,

As the Semester winds down and finals start to finish up, this break offers a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle that is Fall. A chance to recharge our batteries and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.

Mental Health and Well-being:

Remember to prioritize your mental health and well-being. Take this time to disconnect for technology and reconnect with the natural world. Recharge and engage in activities and hobbies such as hiking or watching movies with friends and family. And check in with your inner self, seek out campus resources or trusted individuals for mental health support.

Safe and Joyful Holidays:

Whether you celebrate holidays with family, friends, or enjoy solitude, practice gratitude and kindness to others and yourself.

Winter Break and the Return:

Take this time to explore new interests and travel to new places. The next semester is soon upon us, but take the time to sit in the present, reflect on the past, and step into the new year refreshed and energized.

Remember, you are not alone. The entire campus community is here to support you. If you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Warmest regards,

Autumn Alaniz-Wiggins, AS President
