How to Enroll in Your Benefits
Benefits Open Enrollment occurs annually in early October for selections that become effective January 1st of the following year. During Open Enrollment, you have the option to elect or waive medical, dental, and/or vision coverage through UKG. Voluntary coverage such as AFLAC or Legal Shield may also be elected or waived. At this time, you are able to select or update dependents and elect beneficiaries. You can review all of the benefits you have enrolled in and see an accurate estimate of what the cost will be to you before submitting your elections.
How to Access your Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
As a benefited employee you and your household members have access to the EAP through Anthem and Hartford. Anthem offers up to 5 visits per incident and Hartford offers up to 3 visits per incident, at no cost. Please view these flyers for additional information.
