The First-Year Leadership Opportunity (FLO) program is designed specifically for first-year students who are looking for ways to get involved with the Chico State campus and community! FLO provides students with the opportunity to identify and develop leadership skills and qualities within themselves, and then reflect and determine ways to implement these skills into their lives. FLO is a year-long program that strives to provide students with a sense of community and support as we navigate this semester, both online and in-person, and to provide mentorship for students throughout the year. We also encourage students to explore other opportunities across campus and get involved in the diverse network of students and programs we are connected to!
