CONTRACTS & AGREEMENTS
Services provided to the AS by outside parties require a service agreement to be in place and insurance requirements to be met before work can start. There also may be other times an agreement should be in place. When in doubt, don't hesitate to contact the AS Risk Manager.
Please use the form below to request an agreement be created or renewed. You can also use this form to request an agreement created by an outside party be reviewed and routed for signatures within the AS. Provide a ONE MONTH lead time whenever possible.
